Helped Timken Deploy SAP

The rollout of a global business information system at the Timken Company involved a huge team of company associates and consultants. “Project ONE” was not just a technical challenge but a human challenge, as associates worldwide were required to understand, embrace and learn the details about new ways to manage their work. So a small but critical part of deploying SAP was the communication associated with the new system. Timken contracted with Pecchia Communications to develop a communications plan, manage the Project ONE website, write and design the project newsletter and collaborate with professionals from Timken and Accenture on presentations, seminars, posters, video scripts, executive talking points and more.
