Dan will talk about news media relations.

Pecchia Communications President Dan Pecchia will be speak about news media relations Tuesday as part of the Mahoning Valley Local Government Leadership Academy, a nine-week course for officeholders and those interested in public service.

The topic for his presentation is “Communicating and Working with the Media.”

Dan spent 11 years in the news business, including four as Vindicator business editor, before shifting to public relations.

The academy was established in 2008 by the Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber of Commerce. More information about the academy is available on the chamber website.
