Pecchia Communications LLC recently added three clients: General Electric Co., based in Fairfield, Conn; American Electric Power, based in Columbus, Ohio; and the inaugural Arcade, Video and Game Room Expo in Chicago.
The GE engagement focuses on employee communications for GE’s industrial internet initiatives, through which customers are using GE software to monitor and analyze their operations in new ways to drive greater efficiency. The Canfield public relations and marketing firm works with GE contacts throughout the United States.
Pecchia Comm serves AEP, one of the nation’s largest investor-owned utility companies, through a subcontract with Capgemini, a leading international provider of technology and consulting services. The work centers on employee communications that support AEP technology upgrades.
The debut Arcade, Video and Game Room Expo will run this Thursday through Saturday at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel & Conference Center. Pecchia Comm is providing news media publicity services to advance the event, spearheaded by Rob Berk, president of Berk Enterprises in Warren, Ohio.
“Like almost every engagement we’ve landed since Pecchia Comm opened more than 10 years ago, these new ones are based on the two benefits clients want most from companies like ours – genuine expertise and sustainable affordability,” said Dan Pecchia, founder and president of Pecchia Comm.
“Whether we’re talking to nonprofits in the Mahoning Valley or large corporations based elsewhere, we hear frequently about these same two demands. So we continue to focus on situations where needs for both experience and economy are most acute.”
