Better visuals and more emphasis on premium services highlight a website update launched recently by Dr. John’s Family Dentistry, a Poland dental practice.
Built with Pecchia Communications, the site includes a large photo of John “Dr. John” Rothrauff, DDS, on the home page, along with promotional boxes for clear aligners, custom appliances and dental laser services. A short form on the home page makes it easy to request an appointment.
“We wanted a fresh, modern look that displayed well on phones and tablets, and we also wanted to highlight the popular technologies and services people are looking for,” Rothrauff said.
The site uses a WordPress theme and embeds many images and YouTube videos developed by Rothrauff’s vendors and the American Dental Association. Patient testimonials enjoy a higher profile through a home-page carousel.
The site is wrapped in yellow accents that support the practice’s “A Place for Smiles” logo.
“One of the benefits of WordPress is the flexibility it provides,” said Kelli Johnston, project manager at Pecchia Communications. “We used the theme’s home-page promotional boxes to promote key areas, because that was one of Dr. John’s objectives, but we can easily change those if the scope or interests should change.”
