Pecchia Communications announced today that its president, Dan Pecchia, has earned the Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification.

The certification followed a rigorous educational course in change management principles and methodologies.

Pecchia expects this to expand the company’s opportunities in the change management space, where he and colleagues have served corporate clients like General Electric, Whirlpool, American Greetings, Wendy’s and Wrangler since 2006. 

“All of our work in this realm has been in support of or alongside change management leaders with that broader training and certification,” Pecchia said. “Now we’ll be able to pursue some of those higher-level roles, for which demand is usually much stronger than it is for communications pros.

“We also expect more opportunities to move other members of our team into communications roles on these major change engagements.”
