Pecchia Communications announced today that it has hired Nick Perry as art director.
Perry leads the company’s print and digital design capabilities, adding value to initiatives in public relations, marketing, internal communications and organizational change management.
Before joining Pecchia Communications, Perry was a print designer at Joe Mineo Creative in Youngstown. Prior to that, he served in design positions with rue21, a young-adult fashion retailer based near Pittsburgh, and the Youngstown State University Office of Marketing and Communication.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Youngstown State. He lives in Boardman with his wife, Courtney, and their two children.
“Nick’s arrival marks a big step for Pecchia Communications and a major boost to our design capabilities,” said Dan Pecchia, president of Pecchia Communications. “His solid experience in a broader range of art forms will enable us to participate in more segments of the design market.
“Nick also brings us solid design capabilities in-house, enabling us to respond faster to client needs and to pursue more design-centric business opportunities.”
Established in November 2005, Pecchia Communications provides public relations, content marketing, design and change management services to organizations in the Mahoning Valley and beyond. Primary clients include Clorox Inc., Ohio Living, Sunbelt Solomon, Harrington Hoppe & Mitchell, A. Stucki Company, Aim Transportation Solutions and the Youngstown Foundation.
