Pecchia Comm Lands BBB Accreditation
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Pecchia Communications has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau of Mahoning, Columbiana and Trumbull counties.
As a BBB accredited business, the Youngstown public relations and marketing firm is dedicated to promoting trust in the marketplace. According to BBB reports by Princeton Research, seven in 10 consumers say they are more likely to do business with a company designated as a BBB accredited business.
“This is the first time we’ve sought this accreditation and we’re pleased to have it because we take ethics seriously,” said Pecchia Comm President Dan Pecchia. “This gives our clients additional confidence in our commitment to maintain high ethical standards of conduct.
“In an age when many individuals breach commitments and shove ethics and basic morals aside to get what they want, we want to convey our commitment to doing the right thing – even when that is not to our advantage.”
BBB accredited businesses must adhere to the bureau’s Standards of Trust, a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and best practices representing trustworthiness in the marketplace. The standards call for building trust, embodying integrity, advertising honestly, telling the truth, being transparent, honoring promises, being responsive and safeguarding privacy.
