The world’s largest manufacturer of home appliances has a highly effective system for implementing changes that enhance customer service and profitability.

Part of that system is communication to help those affected by the changes understand, embrace and implement them, often against resistance.

Whirlpool has relied on Pecchia Communications to work on-site in Benton Harbor and St. Joseph, Mich., and remotely, to plan, develop and manage communications that support these organizational change initiatives.
