Pecchia Communications recently landed several new clients, including the North Carolina company that owns the Wrangler and Lee clothing brands.
The Canfield public relations and marketing firm began work late last year with Kontoor Brands, based in Greensboro, N.C., on a major employee communications project. The work supports adoption of new technologies Kontoor is launching across North America, Europe and Asia. Pecchia Comm works through a technology consulting firm that serves Kontoor.

Also in recent months, the company has secured ongoing work with TuDor Physical Therapy, the Mahoning County Soil & Water Conservation District, Mahoning Valley College Access Program and the Youngstown State University Foundation, and has completed projects for Schwebel Baking Co., Ohio Living Foundation and AML Industries.
“The recent influx of new clients has strengthened our ability to battle through the COVID-19 situation and positioned us nicely for continued growth when the economy starts to improve,” Pecchia Comm President Dan Pecchia said. “Our ability to bring both genuine expertise and sustainable affordability to large and small organizations continues to give us an advantage.”
Since 2015, Pecchia Comm’s revenue has grown an average of more than 15 percent a year.
Much of that stems from steady relationships with long-time clients such as Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell, Aim Transportation Solutions and NOMS Ankle & Foot Care Centers. All three have been clients for more than 12 years, and several other clients have been with the firm more than eight years.
“New digital technologies are enabling more organizations to take a look at their communications programs to see if they can do some things more effectively, and that has created great opportunities for us,” said Kelli Hulea, project manager at Pecchia Communications.
“Despite the recent slowdown, we’re keeping an optimistic outlook and are more motivated than ever to get creative and explore effective, lower-cost solutions for our clients.”
