Kelli Hulea leads the company’s day-to-day Mahoning Valley operations and brings substantial experience in content marketing and many other communications disciplines. She leads comprehensive digital and traditional campaigns for Pecchia Comm clients, as well as projects focused on content creation, media relations, social media management, video production, market research, website development and more. 

Since joining Pecchia Comm in 2017, Kelli has applied her writing and editing skills to craft news releases, feature stories, blogs, website pages, impact reports, background documents, video scripts and persuasive marketing copy that advances brand identity and audience engagement. She has also worked in administrative, business and communications roles for companies owned by family members and as a PR specialist for two local school districts. 

Kelli holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Kent State University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Youngstown State University. She lives in North Lima with her husband, Gannon, and their three children, Beckett, Eleanor and Griffin.

Outside of work, Kelli loves the outdoors, traveling, attending church and spending time with family and friends. She often works remotely from her favorite local coffee shops — where creativity and caffeine go hand in hand.
